Robot welding plants and devices for wall formwork (small to medium batches)
Task Definition
These robot welding plants serve to produce element frames or wall formwork accessories (small to medium-sized charges). Generally they consist of two welding equipments and one robot.
So both steel and aluminium parts can be welded.
Performance:
More than 50% saving of time compared to manual welding!
Possible parts to be produced:
Element frames, walers, guide rails, fork heads, consoles, formwork locks, tripods, etc.

Demo-videos
Welding of element frames in H-reversing device.
Assembly of a welding workstation out of unit-load boxes.
Function / equipment
-
- Welding equipments in H-reverser version (single components of one apparatus are welded by the robot while the other apparatus is being newly assembled by a workman)
- Operation in case of variable tolerances of the primary material
- Possibility to query the existence of all single components
- Manual and pneumatic clamping of the single components (thus minimized welding distortion)
- Pre-simulation of welding processes possible
-
-
Manual welding equipments
- Favourable alternative to robot welding plants
- Operation also in case of low quantities possible
- 3.30 m
- 2.70 m
- +/- 0.08
- 800 mm/min
- Work pieces
- Work piece length, max.
- Work piece width, max.
- Welding robot
- FANUC Arc System
- Repetition accuracy
- Welding speed
