Slab pressing equipment for frame formwork| PAA

Task Definition

The equipment has the task of hydraulically removing defective formwork facing from frame formwork elements from different manufacturers and of different makes.

The formwork can also be made of either wood or plastic.

Function / Equipment

  • Manual feeding and removal Elements to be processed are manually pushed into the equipment on an in-roll table. After being pressed, the formwork facing is removed and the framework is transported out of the equipment on an out-roll table. The framework can then be refinished (removal of screws, rivets, silicone, etc.).

  • Hydraulic pressing process The pressing of the formwork facing takes place from below over three staggered stamping rows (two on the side faces and one in the middle of the element). The center row can be manually switched-in and is only used for larger element widths.
